Returns Policy

We operate a 7 day returns policy

Which means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Returns will be accepted on undamaged and unopened products in their original packaging  with proof of purchase or receipt.

To return an item the buyer must package and return the product at the cost of the buyer to Bulmer Pet Foods LTD, Unit 5 Six Hills Ind Est, Paddys Lane, Old Dalby, Leicester, LE14 3LY

Once we have received your returned item and inspected, on approval your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs)
