When first getting your packet out to defrost you can pierce a hole in the packet to release air, this will help once defrosted.

Cut the bag open before defrosting the chub.

Completely take all the product out of the packaging before defrosting. Please keep product in a tub or covered up once out of the packaging to prevent foreign bodies and flies laying eggs on the product. Please use an   air tight container or a container with a lid.
